Where will my photoshoot take place?
We will use a selection of different local hotels, studios, parks, beaches, or your preferred location giving us total privacy, peace and the opportunity to create a great shoot environment. I try to use locations that will work best for you. Please arrive about 5 minutes before your photoshoot begins.
Do you provide make-up, hair and wardrobe?
No I don’t as I travel due to multiple projects and getting local MUA/HS gets very challenging in such short notice. I can advise but not provide. Of course, you can do your own makeup but makeup for photography is very different from the makeup you would normally wear every day. Therefore, I highly appreciate if you can make arrangements with a MUA or take responsibility to do your own makeup/hair prior to coming for your photoshoot.
A selection of wardrobe ideas can be discussed based on the concept of the photoshoot and you can use your own personal wardrobe.
Is it alright if I bring a friend?
Of course, you can bring a friend – this is your experience. Your friend does have to be over 18 and may attend your makeup and wardrobe session but can’t allow guests in during the photo session. I don’t want anyone at the shoot that either pressures or influences me or you in any way. However, you are allowed to use your phone to call/text your friend to advise them on the status of your photoshoot.
Can I be photographed with someone else?
Your Exquisite Boudoir shots are designed to only have one subject and that’s YOU, so I don’t allow others in on your big moment. I do however offer Couple or Duo sessions.
I used to be in better shape - How worried should I be about my figure?
I use a wide variety of camera angles, lighting and other techniques to enhance your best features, and downplay anything that might be making you a little self-conscious. Remember, even the most beautiful models in the world still get their photos retouched!
What should I bring to my photoshoot?
When you book your photoshoot I will contact you via text/email or DM on Instagram and suggest some key pieces of outfit to bring. I recommend bring a more than you need so you have a variety of selections and options. Anything goes, corsets, lace, lingerie, scarves, vest, fishnet, buttoned down shirts, tank tops, masks, skirts, dress or even your partner's favorite casual shirt. But bring it all! We can go over the items and I can help you choose the best items for your shoot. I also recommend you bring high heels and any jewellery you want featured in your images. Above all, bring various styles of music on your phone to play in the background during the photoshoot. It always helps!
I've never done anything like this before, how will I know how to pose?
Don’t worry, I have years of experience helping new comers or experienced models to pose and direct when needed to make you look fabulous. I will work with you and make sure we get it just right to reinforce the look you are going for.
Do they have to be revealing?
NO! I believe that suggestion is the most sensual way to shoot a model. A naked shoulder, a hint of stocking top, sexy heels and seamed stockings, laying on a chaise longue draped in a silk robe which has slipped off one shoulder to reveal a sexy bra strap. You tell me when you book what style of shoot you want and I will help you decide what items to bring with you to the shoot. I will always respect your wishes and will never direct or coerce you into shooting an image with which you are not comfortable. I want you to feel comfortable through out your entire photoshoot experience.
I want my photos to be very sexy and seductive. How revealing can I be?
We can always shoot sexy and seductive with full uncovered female nudity, but I generally suggest to shoot “implied nude” which is far sexier.
Will my images show up on the social media?
The photographs on this site are of models who are proud of their images and kindly allowed me to use them on this site and other social media used by me only, and I have signed model releases by every model allowing me to use their images. I hold your privacy in the highest regard.
What is Photo retouching?
Photo retouching is the process of correcting slight blemishes in the images. In most instances I can smooth skin, remove scars or acne or tattoos if asked, change colors or adjust lighting to assist in the creative process and get you the images you want.
I also use Photoshop which is fabulous for nipping in and tucking bits you want to give you a cover-shot look. Come on you don’t really think those cover shot girls have no help do you?
Do I have to give my contact information?
Yes. It is important to discuss all photoshoots prior to the shoot. You may not have data on your mobile or wifi to connect online and check messages or email all the time. The best way is to provide your contact number so you can be texted as it is the most quickest way to reach you, especially on the day of your photoshoot. I don't want to keep waiting thinking you will show up or not just in case if you have no data/wifi.
